The Vineyard of the Future Data Hub is shaping the next generation of viticulture through advanced data integration, AI-driven insights and collaboration across the Australian wine sector.
Developed in partnership with Charles Sturt University, Food Agility CRC and Wine Australia, the Data Hub is creating a secure, scalable digital ecosystem to bring together sensor, climate, satellite and production data to help vineyard managers, researchers and government make smarter, data-backed decisions.
AxisTech’s Role
AxisTech is leading the Data Hub development, using our AxisStream data management platform as the foundation for a stand-alone deployment of Vineyard of the Future Data Hub. Leveraging AxisStream’s data interoperability heritage the Hub will take diverse data sources — from weather stations and IoT sensors to machinery and vineyard operations — into a single, secure interface that transforms complex datasets into meaningful, actionable insights.
The Data Hub will integrate with Australian Agricultural Data Exchange (AADX), and establishes the foundations for AI-enabled forecasting, benchmarking and sustainability reporting.
