How does the OFCP process work?
The rebate is managed through an Approved Supplier. You do not apply for the rebate yourself.
1. Confirm your solution and quote
Talk to AxisTech about what you need.
We will work with you to confirm the eligible equipment, supply, delivery, installation and any relevant training and prepare your proposed solution and quote.
2. AxisTech submits the proposed sale
Once you are happy with the solution, AxisTech submits the details of the proposed sale to the Government on your behalf.
3. The Government assesses the application
The Government assesses:
- your eligibility as a primary producer
- whether the proposed equipment is eligible
- the proposed sale
- the value of the rebate
The sale must be approved before the equipment can be supplied or installed.
4. You pay 50% directly to AxisTech
Once the proposed sale has been approved, you pay your contribution directly to AxisTech.
Where the full 50% rebate applies, you pay 50% of the approved sale price, subject to the maximum $20,000 rebate.
5. Your equipment is supplied and installed
Once approval has been received and your contribution paid, AxisTech can proceed with the supply, delivery and installation of your approved equipment.
6. AxisTech claims the rebate
Once the sale is complete, AxisTech submits the required documentation and claims the approved rebate directly from the Government.
You do not need to claim the rebate yourself.
